Hiring Behavior Therapists (BT) and registered behavior technicians (RBT)
Therapists provide in-home 1:1 therapy with the guidance and support from Behavior Analysts, implement treatment plans, collect data on progress and collaborate with the family and Behavior Analyst to help their learners progress
Comprehensive on-boarding and ongoing trainings
Mentorship and fieldwork supervision
